- All wholesale orders will be charged shipping at the time of shipping. The free shipping over $100 only applies to retail orders. See below for more details and feel free to reach out to us with any questions. (see below for more details on our shipping and returns)
All wholesale orders are subject to shipping charges. Since we hand-make each product, shipping will not be charged at checkout, but it will be charged once the product is ready to ship.
To decrease shipping charges it is best to order two of the same size piece. (Does not need to be the same design just the same size)
Orders typically ship within 10 to 15 business days. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders it can take longer. If you need something sooner or by a specific date please place your order online and follow up with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Custom pieces will ship within 5 to 10 business days.
We can drop ship directly to your customers but a $10 fee will be added to orders below $50 and $15 fee to orders above $50 at shipping.
Your credit card will be charged at the time production begins. Once your product ships your card will be charged again for shipping and any additional fees.
You will be notified via email once your order ships via email.
Wholesale Returns Policy
You may return damaged products, if damage is reported within 10 days. We will pay the return shipping costs or credit your account if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you have a problem with your order please email us at email@example.com. Please give a detailed explanation of product that needs to be returned and with damaged product please attach pictures.
